Syracuse (16-8, 5-6 Atlantic Coast) picked up its second road win in conference play on Monday, 78-73, against Louisville (16-8, 6-5) at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky. After barely breaching 40 points on Saturday against a stingy Virginia defense, Tyus Battle and Frank Howard combined for 47 points against the Cardinals.
