Sharod Johnson, a wide receiver from Booker T. Washington (Florida) High School in Miami, committed to Syracuse on Sunday night, per multiple reports.

Johnson, unranked by many recruiting services, held offers from Temple, Miami (Ohio), Middle Tennessee State and Appalachian State.

Johnson is between 5-foot-10 and 5-foot-11, per multiple sources, and between 160 and 170 pounds. He has a vertical jump of 32.6 inches and runs the 40-yard dash in 4.63 seconds, per his Hudl.com profile.

Johnson is the second Syracuse 2017 commit in as many days, joining quarterback Tommy DeVito. He is the fourth overall commit, and also the second wide receiver in the class, joining fellow Florida wideout Daewood Davis.

By the time Johnson gets to the program, if everyone uses their year of eligibility as anticipated, Syracuse will have five seniors (Steve Ishmael, Jamal Custis, Sean Avant, Clay Austin, Troy Green), three juniors (Kenterius Womack, Nesean Crofford, Adly Enoicy) and two sophomores (Tyler Gilfus, Moe Neal).

In the same scenario, there will be three wide receiver/running backs, seniors Ervin Philips and juniors Tyrone Perkins and Dontae Stickland.
